Counselors provide one-on-one counseling to help families become educated consumers who can determine whether and when homeownership is right for them. We also seek to assist clients address financial and other barriers to homeownership such as credit, saving, budgeting, employment, and establishing alternative forms of credit. All counselors are nationally trained and certified by NeighborWorks © America.

We use licensed, bonded contractors in both new construction and acquisition/rehab programs. All houses must meet industry standards prior to sale to a qualified buyer. All existing properties are covered by a one-year home warranty if acquired through the acquisition rehab program.
