HFN, Inc. (Housing For Nevada) was incorporated in 2002 as a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Affordable Housing Developer and Housing Counseling Agency. HFN developed and implemented an Acquisition Rehab and Resale (ARR) program. Through this work, HFN has built strong relationships in the Las Vegas valley (Clark County) with contractors, local government(s) and various lending institutions.

Since our inception, we have provided homebuyer education, counseling services and referrals for over 10,000 low-to-moderate income individuals. Our homebuyer education workshops teach credit and money management skills which is complemented by the assistance of a housing counselor that helps families set clear and defined goals towards homeownership. In the year 2013 alone, HFN educated and counseled over 758 families, with over 60% of participants from Latino and/or African American decent.

In recent years we have grown expeditiously and expanded our programs and services to other areas of the country. In 2015, we changed our official name to Home Today, Inc. (fka - Housing For Nevada) as we began operating in several new states and ultimately outgrew our original name.

Our mission continues to help our clients with the life skills necessary to contribute to a stable community with a full understanding of, and appreciation for, the value of sustainable home ownership. Our services include Homebuyer Education, Financial Literacy, Credit Coaching, Housing Counseling, Foreclosure Prevention, and Property Rehabilitation, New Construction Development.
